Nancy Drew: The Ghost of Thornton Hall
Jessalyn Thornton's fatal hangover at the abandoned Thornton Hall was supposed to be a pre-wedding celebration, but the fun ended when she disappeared. While her family searches for clues, others refuse to talk about the manor's dark past. Has something supernatural happened to Jessalyn, or is someone at Thornton Hall holding something other than a family secret?
Based on the award-winning PC and Macintosh game, Nancy Drew: Ghosts of Thornton Hall features high-definition graphics and a completely rebuilt game engine with an intuitive touch screen.
"This is by far the scariest of all Nancy Drew games. Be careful what you step on when you play Thornton Hall's Ghosts or you'll be overwhelmed when you encounter some spooky apparitions. To make things even more exciting, we hope you don't mind walking through a melancholy graveyard in the middle of the night, investigating a dank and decaying tomb, and probing the depths of claustrophobic tunnels of terror." -GamesWarp
Nancy Drew: Ghosts of Thornton Manor is a first-look puzzler, and it's the 28th game in the series. The first-person perspective of an amateur sleuth solves puzzles by questioning suspects, solving puzzles and finding clues.
Ghost by Thornton Hall is the 28th installment in the Nancy Drew point-and-click interactive adventure game series, written by her interactive division, Her Interactive. For mild violence and moments of danger, it has an ESRB rating of E. Players adopt the first-person perspective of fictional amateur detective Nancy Drew and must solve mysteries by interrogating suspects, solving puzzles and discovering clues. The game is divided into two levels, amateur and main detective mode, each providing different difficulty levels for puzzles and hints, but none of these changes affect the actual plot of the game. The game is loosely based on a book called "Uncivilized Behavior".
