Description

"The Sims 4 - Jungle Adventure" is an archaeological adventure game. In the game, you can venture into the wilderness and mysterious worlds and explore new cultures! Explore unique wilderness landscapes, face jungle trials, discover temples, cursed ruins and treasures. Experience new cultures and customs from around the world, try the local cuisine and learn about their customs and culture!

The focus of the game is the addition of a new location, Selvadorada, which is a mix of various cultures in South America. Players can take their Sims through the jungle, occasionally encountering obstacles, decisions and found relics. Selvadorada also includes a small village where Sims can purchase items such as local food or jungle adventure supplies, which are essential to a successful adventure. Within the jungle itself, there is a temple area with various traps and puzzles for players to solve.

In addition to the new locations, the game pack adds artifacts that can be excavated in Selvadorada. Excavating artifacts will add a new "Archaeology" skill, which will allow Sims to create archaeological sites on his property after the skill is upgraded. Artifacts themselves can be authenticated to check for forgeries and displayed at home. Sometimes, Sims will come across relics while digging. They must be collected in parts and when completed will have different effects on Sims depending on their type. Artifacts called "Balampalsoh" are blessed and will have a positive impact, while artifacts called "Zazatotol" will be cursed and have a negative impact. Cursed artifacts may cause the player's Sims or nearby Sims to spontaneously burn, electrocute or poison themselves, but there is a timer that allows the player time to find an antidote to avoid Sims death. Antidotes may cause side effects, such as turning Sims into skeletons
