This story is told from a third-person perspective by the ninja clue book. The main objective of the game is to save Kira, Clumsy Ninja's training partner and friend, from her adversary Hori-Bull, whose main goal is to find the Dragon Medal. kira finds the Dragon Medal before Hori does, but loses it because Hori-Bull weakens her, as the storyline tells. Clumsy Ninja, Lily, Chick, Squirrel, and Sensei come to the temple environment/area to find Kira and rescue her from Hori-Bull (who had slipped a jelly potion that rendered limbs useless into Kira's stew, then threw her sword into the river, locked it in her car, got the Dragon Medallion, and took Kira to the temple area, where Kira managed to write a warning in her journal and gave it to her Clumsy and the others also find Kira's sword. They currently open the dojo, only to find that Kira and Holly Bull are stone statues. After releasing the duo, a battle ensues and Clumsy blocks Hori-Bull's attack and catches the Dragon Medallion in mid-air, eventually "upgrading" and becoming the Dragon Medallion Keeper, earning him the Master Set.
