"Bad Piggies" is a combination of platform and puzzle game, a derivative of "Angry Birds". In the game, you will control the green pig in a battle.

Similar to "Angry Birds", players can earn up to three stars per level, but cannot earn stars by scoring. Instead, players will automatically earn a star upon completing a level. For each level, the other two stars can be earned by clearing certain objectives, such as

Completing the level within a certain time limit

Collecting 1 or 2 "star boxes" on the playing field

Not using a certain part (e.g., wheel, umbrella, etc.)

Keep intact

Transport the king with the pig

Transport eggs (this is mandatory during night flights)

Transporting Halloween candy (this is mandatory in Tusk'til Dawn)

For example, on level 1-1, players can earn three stars by completing the level, collecting one star on the playing field and keeping the vehicle intact. On some levels, it is not possible to earn all three stars at once, so players must play twice or more to earn three stars.

In addition, "skulls" are scattered throughout the levels, and players can unlock the skull levels in the sandbox by finding at least 10 of the 40+ hidden skulls.

After the release of the remaining 30 levels of Rise and Pig, Rovio added the "Feed the King" minigame for in-game power-ups. Players were given one or more sweet treats during the game that they could use to feed the King Pig for power-ups, such as sticky glue (to make the device more durable), motor acceleration, golden engineers and super magnets; nuts and coins. King Pig has only a very small chance of getting power-ups. The only other way to get power-ups is to buy them at the store.

Bad Piggies is a puzzle video game developed by Rovio Entertainment as a spin-off of the company's first Angry Birds title. The game launched on September 27, 2012 on Android, iOS, Windows and Mac. The game was released on BlackBerry 10 in October 2013 and on Windows Phone in April 2014. Unlike the Angry Birds game, the player helps Bad Pig build devices that travel on the ground and in the air to collect ground segments and eventually capture and take Angry Birds eggs. As of October 2012, Bad Piggies was the fastest selling game on the Apple App Store and the fastest game to reach the top of the app list in just three hours.
